As the day begins to soften at The Art Sanctuary, enjoy your practice as the sun sets over the surrounding bushland.
These classes follow the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, moving through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and a gentle closing sequence. Together, the practice creates a steady, meditative rhythm that invites you to move, breathe and reconnect.
The practice offers a little challenge for those who enjoy going deeper and building a regular rhythm, while remaining accessible and supportive. Modifications are offered throughout, so whether you’re new to Ashtanga or returning to refine an established practice, you’ll be encouraged to honour your body and meet yourself exactly where you are.
About your facilitator
Steffi is the founder of Satyam Yoga, weaving together yoga, essential oils, and emotional wellbeing. She teaches with warmth and attentiveness, drawing on years of personal practice and a belief that yoga should support real, everyday life - not just the hour on the mat.
Steffi also co-leads yoga retreats abroad, deepening her own practice in India and bringing that experience back to her students. Her classes blend strength and breath with space for reflection, inviting students to move mindfully and reconnect with themselves.
Sunday Yoga series
Join us every Sunday at 4pm at The Art Sanctuary for a beautiful afternoon of movement, breath and connection.
Each week, one of our trusted facilitators shares a different style of yoga, inviting you to explore, soften and reconnect with yourself.
Come as you are, breathe deeply, and let the Sanctuary hold you as you move into the week ahead.
