The Art Sanctuary is built on care, presence and shared intention.

We ask all who enter to honour the space, themselves and each other, and to contribute to a community that is grounded, respectful and meaningful.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals entering, attending or participating in activities at the Art Sanctuary, including members, guests and event participants. The Art Sanctuary is an evolving space dedicated to creativity, nature, wellbeing and community. As such, offerings, spaces and experiences may change over time. By attending or engaging with the Art Sanctuary, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Space

The Art Sanctuary is a shared, intentional environment.

All visitors acknowledge that:
• The space is designed for creative, reflective and community-based experiences
• Offerings are for general wellbeing and personal enrichment
• The environment is evolving and may change as the vision develops

Participation is voluntary and self-directed.

3. Access & Participation

• Entry is subject to booking, invitation or membership
• Participants must follow all guidelines provided by facilitators or hosts
• The Art Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals where necessary to maintain safety and integrity

4. Community Values & Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all participants agree to:

• Treat others with kindness, respect and inclusivity
• Honour the space, facilitators and fellow participants
• Take responsibility for their own wellbeing and participation
• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour

Failure to uphold these values may result in removal from the premises.

5. Conscious Space Guidelines

The Art Sanctuary is held as a conscious, nourishing and intentional environment.

By entering the space, you agree to the following:

• The grounds are vegetarian. No meat or animal products are to be brought onto or consumed within the space
• The space is alcohol-free. Alcohol is not permitted at any time
• The premises are smoke-free. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on site

These guidelines are in place to support the wellbeing, safety and integrity of the community and environment.

6. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Activities at the Art Sanctuary may include creative, physical, reflective or nature-based practices.

By participating, you acknowledge that:
• These offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice
• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing
• You participate at your own discretion and risk

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Art Sanctuary is not liable for:

• Injury, loss or damage sustained while on the premises
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Outcomes resulting from participation in activities

All participation is at your own risk.

8. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Event or workshop bookings must be made in advance where required


Each offering has its own terms, guidelines and cancellation policy, please refer to your individual booking confirmation for details.
The Art Sanctuary reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events where necessary. Where possible, alternatives or credits may be offered.

Membership does not guarantee a place in every event, some events may require booking and registration to ensure a spot

9. Photography & Media

Photography or video may be captured during events for documentation or promotional purposes.

Participants will be informed where possible. You may opt out by notifying the Art Sanctuary team prior to or during the event

10. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of:

• Managing bookings and participation
• Communicating updates and events
• Improving offerings

Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, content and creative works shared within the Art Sanctuary remain the property of their creators unless otherwise agreed.

Participants may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

12. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

12.1 Membership Overview

Membership is an invitation to be part of the Art Sanctuary community.

Members are welcomed into an evolving space and acknowledge that offerings, benefits and access may change over time.

12.2 Membership Inclusions

Membership may include access to:

• Selected events, workshops or gatherings
• Early invitations or priority booking
• Community-based experiences

Specific inclusions will be outlined at the time of joining.

12.3 Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Uphold all Art Sanctuary Terms & Conditions
• Respect the space, community and facilitators
• Adhere to the Conscious Space Guidelines at all times

12.4 Membership Fees

• Fees (if applicable) will be outlined at sign-up
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation

12.5 Changes to Membership

The Art Sanctuary reserves the right to:

• Update membership structure, pricing or inclusions
• Modify offerings as the space evolves

Members will be given reasonable notice of significant changes.

12.6 Termination of Membership

Membership may be suspended or terminated if:

• Terms are breached
• Behaviour is deemed harmful or inappropriate
• Payment obligations are not met

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
