Embodied Yoga
A 90-minute immersive experience designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and inner landscape.
Together we move through a grounding 60-minute embodied yoga practice that blends mindful movement and deep presence. This is an invitation to soften out of the mind and return to the wisdom of the body, cultivating awareness, release, and connection from within.
Following the practice, we gather in a gentle space for reflection, tea, and meaningful connection. A moment to integrate, share, journal, or simply be held in community.
This experience is open to all levels and welcomes anyone seeking restoration, embodiment, and a deeper connection to self and others.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected, vibrant and serene.

About your facilitator
Kamal’s journey with yoga began at an early age, shaped by vivid memories of watching his father practice asana and pranayama daily before dawn. Over the years, he has explored the many expressions of yoga in spaces across Australia, Malaysia, and India. More recently, Kamal has undertaken a deeper study of yoga and its philosophy with Rishikesh-based embodied movement pioneer Parveen Nair.
Kamal is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher and is currently nurturing a practice that weaves together a lifelong passion for the creative arts with a deep interest in science and spirituality.
