Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing Nature Immersion

Book now

This site-specific nature immersion invites you to slow down and reconnect through guided forest bathing, mindful walking, and sensory awareness within the natural landscape. Rather than seeking an outcome, the experience creates space to listen, observe, and soften into the rhythms of the environment and your own inner world.

Through gentle prompts and moments of quiet reflection, participants are encouraged to engage with nature intuitively — noticing texture, sound, movement, light, and stillness as pathways back into presence.

This experience is for anyone seeking nervous system restoration, clarity, inspiration, or a deeper relationship with themselves and the natural world.

What to Bring

Please bring a water bottle, sun protection, and anything that helps you feel comfortable outdoors. You may also wish to bring a journal if you’d like to capture reflections during or after the immersion.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking and sitting outdoors. We recommend enclosed shoes, layered clothing, and weather-appropriate protection, as the experience takes place mostly within the natural environment.

Location

The Art Sanctuary, 1 Cockram Road, Kelmscott WA 6111
