Mindful Journaling & Watercolours

Mindful Journaling & Watercolour Workshop

REGISTER NOW

A nourishing 2-hour creative experience designed to slow the nervous system, awaken self-expression, and reconnect you with the simple medicine of creativity.

We begin with a guided meditation to ground into the body and arrive fully in the present moment. From this space of stillness, you’ll be gently guided through a mindful journaling practice exploring reflection, intuition, and inner listening.

The second half of the experience opens into a playful watercolour workshop where colour, texture, and feeling become tools for expression rather than perfection. No artistic experience is needed, this is an invitation to create freely, intuitively, and without pressure.

Light refreshments will be shared throughout the session, offering space to connect, reflect, and soften into community.

This workshop is for anyone seeking a gentle reset, creative inspiration, or a deeper connection to themselves through mindfulness and art.

What to Bring

All core workshop materials, including watercolours and paper, will be provided.

If you do have a special journal and favourite pen you’d like to use, feel free to bring them along with any personal creative materials you feel called to use.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable clothing you can relax and create in. We recommend clothing you don’t mind getting small paint marks on, as the process is intentionally hands-on and expressive.

If you’d like to explore the yoga walk and grounds of the Art Sanctuary, we recommend comfortable enclosed shoes however our event space is a shoe-free zone.
