Join us at the Art Sanctuary for an evening of connection, reflection and inner exploration.
Guided by the heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao, this immersive experience offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself. Through ritual, meditation and a deeply restorative shamanic journey, we will create space to quiet the mind, access deeper layers of awareness and connect with our inner wisdom.
Held in a safe and supportive environment, this ceremony invites you to release what no longer serves, cultivate clarity and reconnect with your intentions.
No prior experience is necessary—all are welcome.
What to Bring
Please bring a journal, pen, a yoga mat and anything you need to feel comfortable. BYO extra cushion/blanket for comfort.
What to Wear
Shoes will be left at the entrance.
Please wear comfortable clothing, we will be seated on the ground together on cushions.

About your facilitator
Chamonix (Cha) Higginson is a multidisciplinary artist, shamanic healer, hypnotherapist and facilitator of ritual-based immersive experiences. Her work weaves together art, ceremony, nature, and deep intuitive guidance to support others in reconnecting with their inner world and living in alignment with their soul path.
Through a grounded yet mystical approach, Chamonix creates experiences that honour both the seen and unseen, supporting creativity, healing, embodiment, and authentic self-expression.
