REGISTER NOW (early bird ends 16.09)
Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us at The Art Sanctuary for a nourishing day of movement, connection, nature and self-care.
Nourish is an invitation to pause and turn your attention inward, to listen to what you need and create space for it. Through gentle yoga, Ayurvedic food, essential oils, reflection and creativity, we’ll explore simple ways to support ourselves with greater intention.
We’ll begin with herbal tea and a warm welcome before moving into an all-levels yoga practice to awaken the body and settle the mind. From there, we’ll explore the world of essential oils and their relationship with body, mind and soul.
A beautiful Ayurvedic lunch offers time to slow down and enjoy the Art Sanctuary grounds: explore the yoga walk, visit our cow sanctuarym connect with others, or simply find a quiet place to rest.
In the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a reflective journaling practice before creating your own personalised essential oil blend. We’ll explore what kind of support you’re needing right now and translate that intention into a blend you can take home with you.
We’ll close the day in circle, sharing our creations and reflecting on the experience.
